Nutritionist and Naturopath in Five Dock

If you’re looking for a Nutritionist or Naturopath in Five Dock, you’ve come to the right place. Kallie Kitas is a qualified nutritionist and naturopath, holding a Bachelor of Applied Science (majoring in nutrition), a Diploma of Naturopathy, and has a keen interest in sport, particular power-lifting and CrossFit. Also, Kallie is a member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS).

More about Kallie:

“In recent times I have had to battle my own health problems, which included being in hospital for a year, losing 12 kg, undergoing 3 little surgeries and overcoming chronic fatigue (along with other physical ailments that are not pretty – think severe constipation and vomiting bile!). With the help of a naturopath, it took me a year to fully recover. My experiences have set me on my personal fitness journey and have also inspired me to help others.

I am a qualified nutritionist and naturopath, holding a Bachelor of Applied Science (majoring in nutrition) and a Diploma of Naturopathy. I am also a member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS).

Given my education and personal health struggles, I have come to have an affinity for sports nutrition. I want to help my clients achieve their personal health goals, no matter how big or small, from improving their general health and well-being to guiding them through their athletic competition preparation. By providing my clients with individualised consults, nutrition plans, education about meal preparation and more, it makes the hard and sweaty work seem a little easier and much more rewarding!”
